Refund policy

DOMESTIC RETURNS

    • Domestic returns are free and eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. If you would like to return your purchase, please request and manage your own from your account.
    • If you would like to return your purchase, please click HERE to begin the process.
    • If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package and return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
    • Items purchased on sale (including Black Friday) are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items. ROSESBYTHEPETAL does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
    • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
    • All custom made to orders/ handmade orders are FINAL SALE
    • All gift cards are FINAL SALE, we do not accept returns.
    • If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
    • ROSESBYTHEPETAL reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
    • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rosesbythepetal@gmail.com.
    • We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
    • Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. 
    • We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
    • When returning any boutique item, the “DO NOT REMOVE” tag must be attached how you received it.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

      • At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

    STORE CREDITS

      • Store Credits cannot be offered at this time. We will in the future.

    VENDOR SHOWS & EVENTS

      • Items purchased at ROSESBYTHEPETAL vendor shows and events are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
